The chair worked great for the first couple of years. But after that, the controls didn't work anymore. The battery didn't charge any device and customer service was non. Existent, so now I have a chair that doesn't recline or charge.

Bought this for my daughter's surgery, a year ago. Now it is my reading, TV chair. The leather looks like new. Great product! Just be careful how you assemble the back, to avoid the issues others have mentioned.

Am I really the only one who cant simply figure out how to put the back of the chair onto the base? It's supposed to "lock into place" but there's a metal piece in the way preventing it from locking. Over 4 hours now, can't figure it out.

Beautiful! Love it....has all the features I need then some. This chair is very smooth moving & love the fact you can flip the switch in the back to keep kids from playing with the buttons & movement! Durable! Easy set up!

Black Pleather feels sturdy and should hold up well. Most recliners cause me back pain but this one sits comfortably in any position, considering a second one.

Bought this chair for my 85 y/o mother who loves it. Very comfortable, great lumbar support, easy to use and reach buttons. She loves the deep storage compartments and cup holders. Made her very happy.

I got it for $299 on Black Friday. At that price it’s hard to complain. Easy to set up. It is very firm. If that bothers you then it may not be the chair you’re looking for. But I like it.

Love the chair. Its so comfortable and easy to get up from. I love the remote control and the extra storage. If i was going to buy another chair this chair would be the one for me.

Easy setup other than the weight. 2 people really needed for setup….it’s heavy. Sits good and is comfortable. I would change the headrest to bring it a little further forward. Power recline works and easy to operate.
