The chair appears solid however I am not impressed with the quality of the fabric. The fabric looks and feels very cheap, Just the cat walking on it left small scratches on the surface that stand out instead of blending in....Debated on sending it back but that could be equally as frustrating,,,The only positive I can find with it is, when reclined back and lap dogs jump up in your lap the chair doesn't fold back up under the weight.

Hi Alisa! The upholstery is not resistant to animal stains or scratches. Allowing pets on the upholstery furniture is not recommended, since the claws may scratch the covers. Sam's Club will be happy to work with you regarding solutions. - The Abbyson Team

Chair was received within 1 week of purchase. Chair is well made and was quite easy to put together. The most difficult part was bringing the chair inside after Fedex left it on my front porch. Motor controls are very smooth and chair is quite comfortable. Very happy with my purchase!

It’s great, seat is hard but I like that, I have osteoporosis on left side so my knee and back are not aching when I get up, well supported! I like the USB too.
