The biggest advantage is the capability though, ability to do big loads at once is very useful. The machine also reminds you to clean it self periodically. Overall I feel the features meet my needs.

I've also noticed a dip in my utility usage thanks to the AI Energy Mode, which optimizes everything to be as efficient as possible without sacrificing cleanliness. There is the drain filter which must be cleaned out every so often but when paired with SmartThings you'll get an alert to notify you of that. Since we have dogs that get sand and mud everywhere, having the extra large capacity washer really fills a perfect need. Its almost like the washer hits precisely the right spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Bespoke washer and the matching dryer a little over a year ago and it's been really nice. It washes well, leaves our clothes smelling fresh, and the Ai automation + dirt sensors do a great job detecting how soiled the load is, then adjusts the wash. It's very efficient that way because it doesn't use too much water and doesn't take up too much too. It has a LOT of space too for larger items. That said, occasionally it randomly seems to be out of balance and starts "knocking" around. It can be three t-shirts (I where mens medium) and it will do it. That part makes it difficult to wash at night as it could wake the kids up. Aside from that, it's really good.

Samsung care sent someone but he didn't speak English.. we had requested someone that spoke Spanish bc it was for my parents house but the guy didn't speak English or Spanish... he got upset with us when we tried to explain what was going on bc he didn't understand.. he wasn't even a repair guy.. from what we gathered, he was trained to do one thing for troubleshooting and that was as far as his knowledge went... he didn't know anything about washers. it leaks all over the inside drum after I fill up the reservoir, . I complained to Samsung but all they did was send me a replacement part but that still didn't fix the issue so its something on the actual main unit itself. There is also an issue with having to empty the bottom hose part on a regular basis which is frustrating bc if they don't , the water backs up and fills up inside the drum. I have a different brand at my house and we've never had to empty the hose thing area... It washes well but that's overshadowed by these 2 problems... We even got the 5 year protection plan which we feel was a waste of money. I do not recommend this washer

I purchased the washer and dryer set in Jan 2023. The washer had to be repaired twice since that time, the first time was just outside the 1 year warranty period and the second time 1.5 year later; both times out of pocket repair costs. First, the detergent dispenser housing was leaking and the part was replaced. Second, water leaking inside the machine housing rusted out one of the front shocks, causing the machine to severely vibrate during the spin cycle. Now I worry about what issue will arise next. This is a poorly made machine, even though upon initial purchase it seemed like a good investment. Will not buy this again nor recommend to others.
