This Samsung washer has seen mystery stains, muddy kid clothes, one tragic makeup incident, and whatever happened to my brother's “lightly worn” work pants (hes a plumber).. and it just keeps spinning like a tiny stainless steel therapist. It's quiet enough to make me check if it's actually running, but powerful enough to resurrect towels that smelled like they lost hope. The spin cycle could probably launch a satellite. My clothes come out cleaner, softer, and somehow more emotionally stable than when they went in....and then so am I. 10/10. If this washer ever develops sentience, I'm putting it in charge of the household budget too. Period.

Has great capacity and is efficient and simple enough to use with the preloading of detergent and fabric softener. Saved us money on having to purchase pods and the kids can start their own laundry without worry of to much or to little.

The biggest advantage is the capability though, ability to do big loads at once is very useful. The machine also reminds you to clean it self periodically. Overall I feel the features meet my needs.

My favorite cycle is the steam and sanitize. It helps me keep my parents bed and clothes clean and germ free. I also love the self cleaning. I use these every time I finish my parents laundry so I can know the machine is sanitized for my kids clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke washer is overall a good-looking appliance and performs reasonably well as a washer. However, the biggest issue is with the auto-dispense system, especially the softener dispenser. The softener dispenser does not work the way it is expected to work. Sometimes it dispenses properly, sometimes it does not, and eventually it completely failed. The detergent dispenser also has inconsistent behavior, but the softener dispenser is the main problem. In my experience, this appears to be a design or alignment issue with the dispenser system rather than a simple maintenance problem. I had no option but to use my extended warranty. Samsung was not able to properly fix the issue, and I was told this is a known issue with the Bespoke model. If Samsung is already aware of this problem, they should have a proper fix, replacement part, or upgraded dispenser design available. Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case. Thankfully, because I had extended warranty coverage, I was able to get reimbursed. Otherwise, I could have lost a significant amount of money on the washer. This is very disappointing for a premium appliance. Because of this dispenser issue and the lack of a reliable fix, I would not recommend this Samsung Bespoke washer to others. The washer itself may be good, but the dispenser problem is a major failure point, especially when Samsung already appears to know about the issue but has not provided a proper solution.
