So far, I have washed 2 loads to test it out and I am very happy with the purchase. I am a senior citizen and was a little hesitant to get a machine with so many functions but I was able to use it with only a few minutes of reading the operation manual. There are so many features I want to try out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoying certain features this dryer has to offer such as the steam refresh. Very attractive design stacked on top of my Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Front Load Washer. The AI feature leaves a small amount of room for improvement as I have found larger loads to occasionally be slightly damp after the cycle ends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer, one of the main features we love in our house is the fast wash. It’s a time saver! One thing that I personally love is how you can load a bunch of detergent and fabric softener ahead of the time and just load your clothes and press start. You can get a few washes out of it. My only complaint is how the material looks. When it came in I told the drivers it looked scratched they said it was the glue from the protection. It’s not it has scratching all over it. The set looks gorgeous but the materials are lackluster. The features are also great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous color! Taking some getting used to not have knobs. I added the app and that solved the problem to understand all of the settings. If fill up washer to much then the clothes do not come out dry enough. Also I inside of doors/drawers seems wet after wash so I leave open after use to dry out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had my new washer installed and I am loving it thus far. I'm also loving the clean look to the front panel. Yes you have to do some reading and learn a few things, but that's with anything new. The auto dispense and ai is super helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago. So far I am happy with the product. One major advantage is the auto dispenser which takes care of the detergent and the softener for the clothes. All you have to do is load them once every few washes.

I've had it for a year now and so far it's been great. It matches my bespoke dryer and in general it looks great, the interface is easy to use, it is just generally a great washing machine. I love the AI features since it helps me be efficient with my water. I also like detergent dispenser tray where i can put detergent and softener easily. Not much I can say about it other than that it works great so far and still working great. It's also cool that these bespoke series can be side by side or stacked if I want to in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few months ago and it works really well. It is quiet and also has great capabilities such as connecting to my phone and Samsung app. It also has a lot of capacity for larger items and washes things very well.

Had this washer for three months so far, and it has been fantastic. We had a fantastic front-loader Maytag washer for the past 20 years and it had served us well, but after taking a look at the newer units, we were less than impressed. After doing some research, we found this washer to me the best designed, the most modern, with at least a warranty on the digital motor, and it has been fantastic so far. Favourite feature so far is using the AI Optiwash feature, which has done a great job a gauging the different kinds of fabrics and materials that I regularly wash, and the auto detergent dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought them in black Friday as it was too good of a deal. At 1st I thought i would needed the AI functions ot the Wifi Options. The AI option has shorten wash times and having a notification when it is done is awesome.
