[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a large washer (front load) and this was perfect. I recently purchased the Bespoke washer and I am very happy with the features. The navy blue looks different and good. The surface is very smooth which leaves minor scratches from daily use. The auto dispense feature works nicely and is my favorite. The AI wash is fantastic, the washer modifies the wash cycle and adds an extra wash cycle if the clothes are extra dirty. Self-clean feature is good and it notifies when it is time to self-clean. The integration is very good and the notifications are instant and I receive them on my Samsung tv, mobile phone and my family hub, it is hard to miss a notification.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the washer for almost a year. I love the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser. I think we are saving a lot of money by using less detergent and fabric softener, but the clothes still come out clean and feel soft. We have dogs and the filter does seem to struggle with large amounts of dog hair, which can be a little annoying at times, but is manageable.

All of my other appliances are Samsung and work with the app, so that has been convenient as well. The smart features actually work, and work well. I love the auto dispensers. My only regret is not buying the pedestals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this washer a month ago. It's a bit costly but worth it I guess. Have to see how it performs in the long run. So far it washes very nice. The AI optiwash automatically senses load and soil type and sets the levels automatically. Just throw in the old clothes and start. The only thing I have had problem is with installation but not with the product. The installation guy put in the drain pipe almost 2 feet deep when it specifically says no more than 6 inches. So water was not draining. Contacted customer support and they send in a technician who fixed it.

Love all the various settings to choose from. You can view online what cycle the washer is on, how much time is left, and you can be notified when your load is done.

Starting with how many feathers Samsung packed in this beautiful machine. Starting with the spacious 5.3 cu. ft. ultra capacity which now loads even more our soiled clothes. Coupled with it is its AI Optiwash technology that detects clothes soiled levels and it adequately adjust in water and detergent intake. Less wastage Now means more money in our pockets. O! and to make it even sweeter, The Samsung Bespoke washing machine comes with auto dispense system. I can preload it with laundry detergent and fabric softener which is loaded automatically depending on the load or cycle option. The smart intuitive front panel gives you 25 total washing cycles to choose from plus 18 additional washing option. These I have to say helps us eliminates to manually inputting of set desired time to washing our children's soiled clothes. The fact that it has Wi-Fi connectivity is just astounding. Now I can get alerts on my phone of the clothes cycle finishing. This helps eliminate forgetfulness that our clothes are left in the washing machine. I was so ecstatic when I made this investment and will it love for years to come.
