I live in a rural area that has suffered multiple power outages during the 11 years that I have lived here lasting from a few minutes to almost 4 days in length. The Generac whole house generator gives me peace of mind knowing that I will not lose power for multiple days again, that my frozen food will not go bad, and that I will be able to continue to live independently. We installed our 22kw and couldn't be happier. We currently have natural springs on our property and in a matter of 30 mins of no power have water all over our basement floor. We have stressed and worried about going away and the power going out. Now that we have installed our generator that stress and worry is gone. We no longer have friends and family monitoring our house. The power recently went out and within seconds the generator immeaditaly came on powering our home and we continued to do everything as if it never happened. Our neighbors had no power for 7 hours while we enjoyed the warmth and comfort. This is such a great product and the price and value are well worth the purchase for the peace of mind.

It is hard to review a product that was installed on April 4, 2023 and still not operational. There have been multiple delays (installation, correcting gas line, failing electrical inspection and a faulty part). In addition, they get in no hurry to address these problems with 2 to 3 weeks in between each issue. 2 1/2 months later we have what is essentially a very expensive lawn ornament. I am hoping that we might have a working generator by no later than fall at this rate. Very frustrated and completely unsatisfied with not only Generac themselves, but their approved installer as well

We lived and worked in Afghanistan for almost a decade and experienced the "norm" of needing backup power generation. We had this installed at our elderly mother's home to offer the security she needs. She is on oxygen and her battery-operated oxygen generator will only last a few hours. Just got our standby generator installed. Was very pleased with the service and after the load testing my 22KW unit running my whole home. I have (2) AC Heat Pumps,Hot Tube and all electric appliances. Unit runs at 50% so we still have plenty of capacity. Will have to watch my neighbors to make sure they aren’t running cords over lol. The first time I lost power was about 6:15 am and the neighbors across the street were getting ready for work and were taking a shower but power went out and my 26 year old son went to the light light panel in the hallway of our house and started flashing the lights . The neighbors saw and commented about the lights flashing on in a power outage. Also sold my father- in -law on the product and he purchased one.

I have been the proud owner of a Generac guardian series 22kW for 3 years now. As I write, my Generac is on its 26th hour of continually running after a horrible storm hit in upstate New York.
