I bought this product almost a year ago and use it on a regular basis for my 2 year old. it is super durable as it is not breaking and if you are a parent to a toddler you know how rough they can be with items, it is also super easy for him to use as he was able to learn how to open it and close it by himself. The ice packs are also a godsend as it is reaching 105 degrees in Texas, and I am able to keep my child's food cool for longer as the daycare doesn't provide a fridge for the children. I love the way it has different compartments and it allows me to pack a more diverse lunch, it also helps me portion out the items and provide a good variety of food.

We love these lunchboxes. My girls love the bright colors and separate compartments. I love that they are leakproof and prevent messes in backpacks and cars. My girls can open them on their own! We love to bring these on longer car rides filled with snacks.

The top compartment can be taken and you don’t need to buy a cool pack, the bottom layer acts as cool pack . The food will stay fresh . The portion size is perfect for kids.The lock is easier for kids to open and it’s very compact. Its BPA free and dishwasher safe. The tray is microwaveable . This is definitely a must buy.

I only wish I had purchased these earlier for my kids. Bentgo boxes became a staple in my house last school year. No concerns about leaking, love that I can pull the tray out and stick it in the dishwasher, and the sizing is perfect for my kids. My kids love the fun colors and the fact that their lunch isn't smashed from their walk to school (kids will be kids, right?). Bentgo has also shown great customer service to me when I reached out to ask a question. Good customer service makes me a loyal customer.

I’ve been using this lunch box for my one year old daycare box and took care to clean it the minute he came home. Black mold still developed on the silicone seals and I can’t find any way to get it off. I’ve tried vinegar and bleach. So disappointing!

We bought 2 of these when our kids started a new school and needed to start taking their lunches each day. We love the build in ice pack! We did have an issue with one of them not closing but I contacted support and they replaced it without issue. Would def. recommend this product.

We bought a Bentgo chill box almost 3 months ago. We noticed a few molds on the lower side of the box. When we reached out to the support team, they were very supportive and quick with their responses. We are being told to receive a replacement soon. Happy to be a Bentgo user.

I bought this in the summer of 2023 before the start of the school year for my daughter. I absolutely love how it has an integrated ice pack, which saves so much space from having to include a separate one into her lunch bag. The compartments are great and good sizes. I think the product could have been even more amazing if it was modular and we can swap out the food tray for a different version like the one that’s big enough to fit a sandwich in it, and having the rubber seals on the tray edges instead of the lid.

We have used Bentgo boxes for years and were excited this year to find the Bentgo Kids Chill Lunch Box with the ice pack part of the box itself. Our son uses it everyday for school and we hand wash it every day. Unfortunately the rubber seals have been developing mold and no matter how much I try to clean them I can not make them go away. I’ve tried Dawn, I’ve tried white vinegar. I’ve tried soaking it in a mixture of the two and despite our best efforts the mold is starting to spread more and I don’t feel comfortable using this anymore. I am very disappointed because we loved this product and it was perfect for our son’s school lunches and we followed the cleaning instructions and still had issues with mold.
