I was so excited to have the ice pack a part of the lunch box & also the great size of the compartments. However, the seal is not as good on this one as the original. Every time I use for yogurt, it leaks. Usually it does stay contained within in outer shell/lunchbox, but leaks from the compartment to the outer edge. I bought two chill boxes & they both leak. I’ve used the original for year & never had this problem, so was disappointed this one didn’t work as well

I love the concept of keeping food cold until lunch- there's nothing worse than a lukewarm string cheese... I did struggle to keep my box latched once the ice tray was froze, but i reached out to customer care, and they were quick to send me a replacement!

Bought this for my toddler who is in daycare. I have to say, I love the chill insert and the mess free compartments. I keeps all the food separate and is very easy to clean. I did some digging prior to buying And at this point don’t regret spending the money. With a all the positive reviews and warranty attached to this, it was a no brained. this is a super cute backpack! id rather try the other backpacks to! my son takes this to school and he can fit a lot of stuff! dad bought the bentgo lunchbox and it is % 100 good and nice! so ill give this prouduct 100000000 thums up!! even the lunch container is cute! but sometimes the leaches break off, but they get fixed quick! i will be looking foward to buying more bentgo!

I bought this for my new preschooler and love it so far. It's easy to clean and use, and provides just the right amount of storage for my daughter's lunch. I bought this one because of the ice pack which is helpful to keep her lunch cold. Highly recommend!

I called them about an issue I was having with the backpack and was hoping to find a replacement piece (I've already had the backpack for over a year). And instead, they offered to send me a brand new one! The backpack is great! Lots of storage and very easy to clean. Having a separate, insulated area for food makes it very convenient and different from the others. I will continue ordering from Bentgo.

I bought this just last month and it just rained here this week, the book bag started reaping an extremely disgusting fish smell when it rained. I have since tried to clean it and it has only gotten worse when exposed to more water. The company claims it’s water resistant and that is not true. It cannot hold any water without smelling like a seafood market. Bentgo seriously needs to look into this!!

I bought this for my son and it is adorable. The first Bentgo chill box we received had a problem with the latch but Michael in customer service was helpful and pleasant. He resolved the issue immediately and sent out a new one. Not only am I pleased with the product but glad the company provides such effective customer service. Thank you!

We are a bentgo box lunchbox family. Every child has one. Every niece and nephew also gets on for their birthdays. It’s a great box that is durable and high quality. It never leaks. My kids love using it and want to eat everything in their boxes! The designs are so cute too. They also have great customer service.

I tried different bento box that durable for my 5 year old kindergarten this is the only one that she brought home from school that didn't break after her day of school. She always breaks her other bento box so easily and this is easy for my 5 year old to open and close the lunch box by herself.
