I bought a bentgo chill lunchbox last year for my daughter and we love it! It kept her food fresh until lunch time even in the heat of Southern California. Unfortunately it developed stains on the rubber seals. I contacted customer service and they were prompt to address my concerns and sent me a replacement right away! Great warranty and great customer service!

We tried the vent go chill box and had trouble closing the clasp. With a quick email over to customer service within two emails we have a new one being sent our way. Customer service was so easy to deal with. We can’t wait to get back to using our bed go chill lunchbox

We love how easy this lunchbox is for young children who have difficulty opening food wrappers. Its also great for including smaller amounts of food that can leak. The rubber features in the lid do a fantastic job of preventing any leaking between compartments.

We had bentgo lunch box for years and loved it so purchased chilled box too. After for a while the hinge broke but the customer service offer the replacement. They stand by their product. Chilled box is great for summer and for cold lunch. Love the sectional which encourage to put variety of foods also love the design/color too. I wish it’s a little bit lighter for little one to carry in the lunchbox. We loved so much bought 3 different kind of bentgo boxes!

We bought this lunch box a year ago and the latch stopped working. Contacted customer service and received a quick response from a representative named Scott. Scott was so helpful and understanding! He offered to replace our lunch box and send it to us promptly. We are grateful to bentgo for excellent customer service!

I like the concept of this lunch box. However, you do have to leave the bottom ice pack in the freezer for overnight in order for food to stay cool but doesn’t stay cool long enough. It is a bit heavy for my child to carry. I do wish they had this concept for a snack box size, it would be easier for little ones.

The Bentgo lunch box holds plenty of food and snacks for younger kiddos. There’s enough room for a whole sandwich, fruits veggies and snacks. My daughter took hers to lunch this week and she fit a sandwich, yogurt, carrots, dip, crackers and strawberries. I love that the Bentgo is spill proof so taking the yogurt made me feel good! It has rubber edges so if the kids drop it, it won’t break! So great for kids. I absolutely love the removable ice tray. It kept her lunch cold until lunch time. I also love that it’s dishwasher and microwave safe! So great and easy to clean and take care of. Definitely a must purchase for any family with kids or even adults taking there lunch to work!

This lunchbox is a lifesaver. I hate making my kids lunches. This school year they asked for a Bentgo box so I decided to give them a try. My kids love preparing their lunch. Everything is in one box, all I have to do is throw it in their lunch bag and we are out the door. These boxes are such a time saver!

I purchased three bento boxes for each of my kids (7,3,2). It makes packing lunch easy and offers variety of options for kids to enjoy at school and daycare. I love the versatility of packing cold or room temperature lunches. Great product and excellent quality.

Fits my 5year old well, she loves that it has a chest buckle. Roomy, no issues getting a standard folder and all her school supplies in the main pocket. Lunch spot on the bottom has enough space for her Bentgo kids box and a drink or snack. Great overall!
