I must have gotten a bad box or something because I got food poisoning each time I tried eating this. At first I thought I didn’t cook it well enough so cooked it for longer, still got sick. Thought maybe I’m sensitive to how salty it is, so tried cooking it with eggs, still got sick. It tastes really good but wish it didn’t make me sick!

The flavor is ok but a little bland and tends to have a uniform taste overall. It's all the same and you taste very little difference between the rice, veggies, or chicken. I've purchased two boxes of this rice and each package has a small strange clump of rice and spice that's safe but not very appetizing or edible. I just toss that part out. The rice and chicken are quality items with no complaints for texture but again, little to no difference in flavor between the ingredients as home made fried rice would have. Ready in three minutes in the microwave.

This is the best fried rice. Quick and easy. I have this for lunch every day and it doesn’t make me feel full or bloated after a meal usually does and it’s a great price! I see other girls in the office order out for lunch and spend $20 or more. No thank you, I’ll stick to my rice!

I'm glad everyone is delighted. But each packet has about an ounce of meat, 10-15 peas, a table spoon of super small carrots, and an 1/8 of an egg. Basically, look at it as flavored rice. I am enjoying these.... But only by adding chicken, frozen peas and carrots mixture and frying up an egg. then and only then does it look like the picture. ;)

I can see where someone wanting to feed their family for dinner may be annoyed by the smaller packaging(as previous reviews have mentioned) but the small size is perfect to throw in my lunchbox! It's delicious, easy, and a reasonable size for one meal. It loses a star only because the ingredients are a bit inconsistent. It took me a few package before I realized there was any bacon because there was so little in my first couple of bags. For the price and quality, I would definitely recommend.

Adding bacon was the wrong direction. You can't taste it and it increases the sodium. Im not a picky eater but the egg in this is abhorrent. I remove it. If they changed the recipe for the egg from powdered cream cheese to something dairy free friendly they could remarket as dairy free gluten free. Or literally anything else, I'm not kidding the egg is just bad. Lots of religions prohibit pork consumption, adding bacon was a blunder. Instead I think a little yum-yum sauce packet would elevate this product immensely. Overall it's fine, it's food. I'll keep buying it. But every time I eat it I wish it was a little better.

This rice is very flavorful. We've been getting it for a few months now. My son likes to eat it as a snack after school. My husband & I like it as well. Very quick & easy to cook up. It comes with 6 small packets of rice. You can eat as a small side dish if you'd like.

Got a freezer full of quick and easy stuff, since I can't cook like I used to. This is SO GOOD!!! I was prepared to add a few things, but decided to try it first. The flavor is very good, I love that it comes portioned. It's a nice little meal or late night snack.

I have bought this in the past and don't remember it having bacon in it. The smoked bacon flavor is overpowering and gives it a nasty flavor! My wife won't eat it and I have to pick out the bits of bacon so I can tolerate it. Not a fan of throwing food out!

This stuff is horrible. Mystery chicken, maybe 10 tiny cubes, that has no taste and a very unusual texture in with tiny grain brown rice. It has an odd smell after cooking and absolutely no taste. It is just a brown blob of goo. I thad a few bites and no more. I thought I would feed it to the dogs, but the post cooking smell so turned me off that I just tossed it.
