This Regalo extra-tall walk through gate was the perfect solution for my problem - keeping my pets out of my new family room in my basement. This gate was easy to install - is sturdy - easy to use - easy to open and shut - and it does a great job of keeping my pets out of my family room. This gate was money well spent. I highly recommend this product.

This gate is made of a sturdy metal and is perfect for protecting the nursery from curious pets. My husband put it together and although it was somewhat complicated to figure out how to add the extension bar, it all worked out in the end. The swing door opening could be wider, my hubby who is overweight has to turn to the side to squeeze through, but it's easy to open and close and perfect for an average-sized person. Great value for the money. We're very pleased.

Needed this, as our dog kept jumping over the regular sized gate we had before. It works great and has an option to lock the gate, which is handy in our case and our dog will open the gate if left unlocked. It looks decent. The only issue is that it's a teeny bit wobbly. Nonetheless, it gets the job done! Very happy with the purchase overall.

Using this to keep 3 chihuahuas enclosed in mudroom. Great that it's metal & they can't chew through! Bad that the gate didn't reach far enough to latch & we had to bend (squeeze) the gate so it would close. There was a large enough gap between the gate door for one of our dogs to squeeze through so we weaved some striping through the bars. Works great for our purpose now.

This gate was purchased for use in our church nursery doorway. It is sturdy...the height is wonderful for being out of reach of tiny hands. The walk-through gate is easy to use and it can lock securely. We are now installing one on the older toddler's classroom.

My husband andi needed a gate to keep our 3 pups in certain rooms. We have uneven wall surfaces (baseboard issues & molding), we needed a gate, that was sturdy, easy to put up and not too damaging to the walls & good for small dogs & big dogs. This gate is AWESOME!!!!! We put it up in a few minutes, only drilled 2 small holes in the wall & it is tall enough to keep our jumper from hanging over the gate. We have gone thru 5-6 other babygates that were poorly made and just not suitable. This gate is PERFECT!!!!

I gave it three stars for a few reasons. The locking mechanism is cheap plastic. The opening is small, if you're over a size 14 it'd be tight. If you're shorter and carrying the baby you couldn't get through. It is thick metal and easy to install.

Love this gate!!! I have 3 big dogs and I didn't want them in certain rooms and this did the trick. It is tall so they can not jump over it and it is very sturdy. It also was a synch to put together. I made it more secure by driving in the screws it came withalthough I really don't think I really needed to but still glad I did!!!

I'm using it for a dog, not a baby. Its probably better suited for a baby. When my dog gets bigger she's going to be able to knock it over easily. The tension system and rubber holders isnt the greatest. It looks nicer than the smaller wooden ones but I think those have better rubber tension grips. Overall, so far so good!

Shipment arrived quickly. Gate is simple to install and works well. We foster young dogs and use the gate to close-off our den from our bedroom. Gate is tall enough to stop energetic dogs ( like Jack Russels) from jumping over to escape /explore the rest of our house. We are pleased it seems quality made, installs easily..and most of all it works.
