I keep this in my fridge on the regular! I love the flavor and even use it instead of mayonnaise on my sandwiches in addition to veggie dipping.

Bland as is. Goose it with really good extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix well. Great as a dip for bread, chops, veggies, etc. But also makes a nice salad dressing when mixed with olive oil and balsamic or wine vinegar. Great way to add vegan protein to a (granted, not truly authentic) Caesar salad. One more good one: mix hummus with mayo 50-50 by volume and use to thinly coat chicken breasts for baking, serve with lemon juice on grilled olive & rosemary bread -- best sandwich ever!
