I keep this in my fridge on the regular! I love the flavor and even use it instead of mayonnaise on my sandwiches in addition to veggie dipping.

Perfect Hummus for me! Nice and smooth, lemony and garlicky. Price is good too. I usually make my own but it costs more than Sam's sells it for.

Now I know why this hummus is always out of stock, it's so yummy. I was lucky to get the last one. Not sure what the one star reviews are tasting. This tastes homemade, not overpowering or artificial.

Bland as is. Goose it with really good extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix well. Great as a dip for bread, chops, veggies, etc. But also makes a nice salad dressing when mixed with olive oil and balsamic or wine vinegar. Great way to add vegan protein to a (granted, not truly authentic) Caesar salad. One more good one: mix hummus with mayo 50-50 by volume and use to thinly coat chicken breasts for baking, serve with lemon juice on grilled olive & rosemary bread -- best sandwich ever!

Mediocre, this batch was a little grainy, not very smooth

I was happy to find a hummus without soy or canola oil at Sam's. But I had some hummus as a veggie dip for a late night snack and I had to brush my teeth three times during the night. It was as if there was a dragon in my mouth. There is so much garlic powder, bitter and strong, in this product. I think is is terrible. This dip would be so much better with NO garlic powder and a bit of fresh lemon juice. A very poor Sam's Club product.
