Have had a great experience with these so far! I've previously purchased the package that has both strawberry and blueberry - the strawberry is definitely my favorite. They work great and have definitely help my stomach. Would definitely recommend!

i like the smooth taste, flavorful, could be alittle larger, i drink these on a daily bassis. good probiotic, and sometimes before bed. so twice daily is def possibility

I deducted stars due to the date being bad when purchased, that’s something I normally check but I failed to do so. Other than that these are the absolute best. The taste is good and they do help with gut etc..

I use one everyday and I stay regular using it. The larger Probiotic Yogurts are too much for me. I recommend trying these first and using the larger thicker ones if needed or desired for your diet.
