My granddaughters love this. I always have some in the refrigerator ready for when they come to visit. My one year old, especially loves to put her straw in and drink it that way.

I use one everyday and I stay regular using it. The larger Probiotic Yogurts are too much for me. I recommend trying these first and using the larger thicker ones if needed or desired for your diet.

i like the smooth taste, flavorful, could be alittle larger, i drink these on a daily bassis. good probiotic, and sometimes before bed. so twice daily is def possibility

I didn't really notice any difference in digestive issues. But I quit buying them after three purchases. You have to drink a couple of them a day, and it's not very cost effective. They taste ok.

the yogurt itself is great, but the packaging has a weird strong smell to it lately. i have to wash my hands after drinking it cause it will transfer to my hands.

This activity is really good for stomach issues. Is very creamy and has plenty of nutrients in it that are good for you. Of course is expensive but it’s worth it.

These drinks are very delicious! It's so hard for me to only drink one. Last time I purchase this I drink 6 of them on the car ride home lol. Has a very great taste!

Was recommended these for gut health and daily probiotic intake. Since drinking these daily, I've noticed such a difference and have been very happy with the results. They taste great and have worked extremely well for me. The strawberry flavor is likely my favorite.
