I went to Wendy's and got a frosty there must have been bacteria in their machine it was horrible I was having stomach problems for about a week. Then I remembered activia it really help and cleared everything up. I drink one every morning and will continue to do so. Not only that it taste good.

I use one everyday and I stay regular using it. The larger Probiotic Yogurts are too much for me. I recommend trying these first and using the larger thicker ones if needed or desired for your diet.

I've been getting this yogurt drink for my daughter lately. Since she has been taking it, her digestive system has improved. They have several different flavors in this line, so it's nice to change things up sometimes while still getting the same great product. I like that my child likes it, it's got billions of live and active cultures in it, and is non-GMO project verified. It doesn't have any artificial colors/preservatives in it and also doesn't have a ton of sugar in it. It's got a good amount of nutrients in it and makes a great beverage for just about anybody.

Great flavor , no artificial taste, i like to drink one on the way to work or pack with my lunch. My son grabs one in the morning to to drink on his way to the bus stop or after school as a snack. These also taste good when you add to a blender with strawberry ice cream and extra strawberries for a thick shake.

Have had a great experience with these so far! I've previously purchased the package that has both strawberry and blueberry - the strawberry is definitely my favorite. They work great and have definitely help my stomach. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been going through this Activia blueberry and strawberry pack and honestly the taste surprised me in a good way. i have had some stomach or Gi issues in the past so i decided to try these activa dailies %26 it says drink 2 a day but because they aren't really cheap..i drink 1 at nighttime %26 it really does help my stomach issues..it says it helps with digestive discomfort including gas,bloating, rumbling %26 abdominal discomfort..when i run out i definitely notice a difference %26 theres no artificial sugar,or dyes.also non-gmo..edit to add that it also has (BILLIONS OF LIVE%26 ACTIVE PROBIOTICS)i love the strawberry also comes in Blueberry and vanilla.

I didn't really notice any difference in digestive issues. But I quit buying them after three purchases. You have to drink a couple of them a day, and it's not very cost effective. They taste ok.
