I’ve been going through this Activia blueberry and strawberry pack and honestly the taste surprised me in a good way. It’s creamy but not overly sweet, which I like because some yogurts taste almost like dessert. Both flavors taste pretty natural, not artificial. I’ve been having one in the morning and it really does feel gentle on the stomach. I can’t speak on all the science behind the probiotics, but I can say I feel better when I eat these consistently. The cups are small but work well as a quick snack or to throw into a smoothie. Overall it’s an easy add to my routine and something I actually look forward to eating.

This activity is really good for stomach issues. Is very creamy and has plenty of nutrients in it that are good for you. Of course is expensive but it’s worth it.
