When making banana pudding or cheesecake bites I will always use Philadelphia brand. It’s smooths out wayyyy better than any other brand I used. It has a better creamy taste and the texture is better to cook with. Every once in a while, I pop some bagels in the toaster and spread this lovely cream cheese on the bagel!
