Great Steak

All I did was brush on a little Olive Oil on both sides then Salt and Pepper Cooked on the Grill without a doubt the best steak I have ever eaten Will be back to buy more of these Ribeyes

Smoked + Reverse Sear

Set your grill for 2zone cooking. Put the tomahawk on the indirect heat side til about 117°. Pull it and rest for 10mins while you leave lid off grill to get the charcoal screaming. Sear on all sides 60-90secs, slice and serve immediately.

Ribeye Tomahawk

Cooked on a gas grill, seasoned the steak with Weber's Chicago Steak Seasoning, let the meat reach room temperature, about 2 hours seared both sides about 3 1/2 minutes at 500 degrees moved the steak off the direct flame letting it reach a temperature of 135 degrees, removed covered and let it rest for at least 5 minutes. removed from the bone and slice into 1/2 in. slices fed 3 people with baked potato and sides.
