This product is. Average at best and requires constant maintenance to maintain proper working order. My ice maker hasn't worked for months just because I haven't had time to change the filter. Samsung should just focus on the phone and tv business because their home appliances are not the best. Looks good but not very reliable.

This refrigerator is awesome! The finish is fantastic! No more fingerprints to clean every day! The ice maker is fantastic and very user friendly! This is the quietest refrigerator we have ever owned! The use of space is phenomenal. I also love the lighting. I am in love with this refrigerator!

Love the looks of the refrigerator it's so bright And easy to organize the way it's laid out. Only downside that I saw was the fact that it's you can't really adjust the shelves up and down that I have found out So like some of the taller bottles like a wine bottle I had to lay on side

The control panel is visible inside that allows quick activation of features to properly operate the temperatures for freezer and frig. The cooling system and freezer are functioning at a high level of expectation. The frig operates noiseless and smoothly. It has a good look in the kitchen that complements the other appliances. Great buy. Highly recommended.

Second one I bought and not second bcs of going bad but moved houses so I decide to buy new appliances and I loved having this one! No noise and the temperature went to 34F really fast water filter took long time to need a new one really satisfied with the purchase

I chose the side by side because it's easier to see what is in the freezer. The lights are bright and it's easy to see and organize the food. I also like the fingerprint resistants. It cooled to its running temp in less than 2 hours after installation. I have not seen any residual moisture in either freezer or frig. Because the light is so good it is easy to find the item you need.

THe capacity of the refrigerator is impressive, although, if it had more shelves, I could use the space more efficiently. Even though the front of the refrigerator is stainless steel, the side that is exposed in my kitchen is matt gray. The noise level is quite low.
