[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting used to the new frig and overall really like it. Our biggest issue is the water/ice dispenser. The panel to start the water or ice is too far back to use with a standard glass. We have switched to using 2 hands to get the water or ice. Certainly not convenient and very messy when we have company that doesn't understand that limitation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general, I like Samsung products, the refrigerator is fine and cools excellent, the only thing I did not like was at the time of installation, the guy who had to install the refrigerator did not install the refrigerator hose and I had to do it on my own!! It's true that my house was built in the 70's and the water supply hose extends from the water heater to the refrigerator in the kitchen, but even so, he only said that the company only gives you a little hose and not a big one until you reach the water heater. BUT BESIDE THAT EVERYTHING RUNS GOOD.

I had the option of buying a slightly cheaper brand, but I don't regret choosing this one for just a little bit more money.

Was able to Move food over to it from old fridge by third hour. Refrigerator is very quiet. I do wish the shelves were adjustable, but it does have plenty of room inside of it.

It offers tons of interior space for all our groceries, and the temperature stability has been top-notch, keeping everything fresh consistently. I also appreciate the frost-prevention and great seal integrity on the doors. From an energy standpoint, its estimated yearly electricity use is 728 kWh, which feels reasonable for a fridge this size with through-the-door ice service. Highly recommended!

I chose Samsung because I trust the brand and have always enjoyed its high quality products. This one hasn't disappointed, either. Very spacious and very clean, modern look. I enjoy the large space for filling water bottles and the removable ice bucket. The soft close doors are nice as well. Overall, happy with this purchase.
