This was an amazing deal! I bought this almost 15lb chuck roll and sliced it into steaks and a roast. This helped me save so much money because we buy ribeyes often and tho is was close enough and so much cheaper that it was so incredibly worth it. Spent $109 for 15lbs which gave me 13 huge steaks and a good size roast.

Purchased 2 chuck rolls and had them slice them 1" thick steaks for Christmas. It was so much cheaper and they turned out wonderful! Everyone was impressed by them.

We buy this big pack of meat a few times a year and cut it into thinner steaks. The already cut steaks in the store are too thick for me to chew so I cut my own. This chuck roll is very taste.

My husband and I seen so many people process this at home for multiple meals. We were very pleased with the quality of the beef. We got one that was about 15lbs. There weren't any in the coolers we had to ask and the person working said there is even more types to rry for different cuts. He went ti the back and grabbdd us one. We ened up with a good size roast, 2 meals worth of stew meat, and multiple types and cuts of steak. We cooked some up same day and used our food saver on the remaining beef.

I've seen people slice a chuck roll from end to end just cutting huge steaks. Other people check the internet to find the hidden steaks, roasts and grind some for hamburger.

I was hoping for a little larger cut of beef. At the price per pound and the cost quoted, I had a calculation on the size of cut. The size of the chuck roll at pickup was only 16 pounds, whereas I was expecting larger (19 pounds). I suggest that you take the time to go into the store to choose your cut if you want a heavier. A large chuck roll is easier to process in my opinion.

Was buying these regularly. The reason I purchased my membership to Sams. Well they are not consistent, sometimes they are more fatty and much more silver skin attached than I've purchased previously. Recently they raised the price on them also. Not happy and not worth it for me since we already have to drive as far as we do to get to the only Sam's nearby.

I have only bought this piece of meat 1 time, but this is a great piece of meat, but they advise as a whole chuck roll. Mine came in 5 pieces. Im not done, im going going to the manager and butcher and ask what's up!!! If its advertised as a whole then why does it come in 5 pieces when i cut it out of the bag???

This piece of meat looked like a muscle taken from the front leg, i do not know where the "chuck roll" comes from but it was not anything like the first one I purchased from sam's, even though it was marked chuck roll, which was very good. This one lacked a lot to be desired.

ordered online, and the local butcher had cut everything of any value off of this and left me with the fatty remains. no poor mans ribeye and a whole secton of the chuck roasts was stripped off the top. i couldn't even figure out what i was looking at to start with it was torn up so bad. thanks for the 176 bucks of fat and half cuts. will not be buying again.
