Very good and tender cut

I bought a this product on January 16th for 5.98 a pound. I grind it for burgers, cube for soup, and cut roasts. It was a good value. It is now 10 bucks a pound. I will not pay 10 bucks for a chuck roll. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Bought a chuck roll about 18 lbs to make barbacoa for rehearsal dinner. Trimmed, diced into big cubes, seared, then for braised 2 1/2 hrs in adobo base sauce. Great piece of meat, will buy more, and learn how to section into different cuts.

I always buy a box of the eye of round and a box of bottom round. We trim the eyes and make tenderized cutlets or jerky. With the scraps from the eyes we grind with the round or sirloin and make hamburger. No waste.

ordered online, and the local butcher had cut everything of any value off of this and left me with the fatty remains. no poor mans ribeye and a whole secton of the chuck roasts was stripped off the top. i couldn't even figure out what i was looking at to start with it was torn up so bad. thanks for the 176 bucks of fat and half cuts. will not be buying again.

Flavor is good, but not worth the trouble

It was around 129.00. We got over 20+ steaks out of it. So worth your money.
