Have it all ready to go but thankfully haven't had to use. Love the auto start and ease in moving it around once we got it off the truck and wheels installed.

We bought this generator to be prepared in case of an emergency. It is exactly as described, and then some. It comes with a remote start that we didn't know about which is a plus. It's a great product, and I can't wait to get the cover for it.

Very hard to start for the first time, on gaz. Tried the propane and started fine. Finaly got it to start on gasoline. Took me a good hour Tested the 110v plug and took me some time to see that the CGI where tripped. Will try it again tomorow.

Bought this generator to power a travel trailer and is amazing I’m able to use any and everything at once inside from ac units to microwaves and tv. The quality of this product is also very impressive. Love the auto start feature

Easy to use. We love the dual fuel capability (gas and propane). The portability is a PLUS. Multiple ways to start the generator (remote start, pull rope and push button). This was a great gift from our daughters.

This is a well designed and well built machine. It may be a little more cost than other models or brands, but it is worth the extra money. You get what you pay for. Starts great and has alot of good features. You won't go wrong!

Just received the Wgen9500DF this week, for use as backup power for house. Great features with multiple connections and remote start. Easy assembly and setup. Did test run and operated perfect.

Just opened up the box. Putting it together was simple. Prep for start was super easy. And it started up within two seconds. Runs well. Looking forward to putting it to use.

It was easy to put together and fire up. The first time it was used, everything worked. The second and subsequent times the LED data center blanked out and never came back. A warranty call has been placed.

This is a great Generator if you do not need a real quiet one. The remote start is great. Allows me to start it even if I am unable to get to it right away. Would like to see it idle down when the demand is low. That is my only complaint.
