Unit started right up on propane. Tested outlets and all seemed to work fine. Will be using primarily as home backup during power failures. I will never use gasoline in the generator, but nice to have the dual fuel capability.

Just recently bought this 9500 W model. Very impressed with instructions , everything worked as described. Engine started up with push button. Great !

I just purchased this product and I have not had a chance to use it yet, but it arrived on time, in good condition, and has great manuals and product information. The quality of the product seems really nice and I am excited to use it.

Some improvement over time but essentially it won’t start if you've had it running, then have to turn it off for some reason then restart. Otherwise it runs.

Runs great! Glad to have it. Was able to run just about everything in my house during the Texas storm. Power was out for 5 days no problems whatsoever.

Quick start instructions were very good and I had it started very quickly. Unit is well-built and very impressive. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Just received our generator, and besides the box being crushed, and a little spilled oil on the machine, everything is great. Easy to put together and move.

I bought this generator in August . I was able to pick it up with my truck, unbox it, and assemble, the wheels and feet, myself. Perfect size for when the power goes out. ( heat , water, and most household power needs)

My power has gone out a few times already and I finally got a generator big enough to power my whole house. This thing is great !! Super easy to set up!! Fired right up and it's not much louder than my lawn mower. Highly recommend!!

Product is compact and solid, heavy, but wheels and handle make it easy to maneuver. Read User's Manual and follow instructions, works like a champ. The only assembly required are the 2 rear tires and 2 front feet, piece of cake.
