Bought this after freezing for two days without power in the house. So far I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to be able to hook it up to the house electric panel.

The first generator was delivered in a damaged box and we sent it back without opening. The next one came in fine and in good shape. So far so good. Haven't had to use it for an extended period of time yet.

Bought this generator to power the house during hurricane season, what a power house, love the dual fuel option propane when the gas stations are out of fuel or long lines

Purchased this unit to power my needs during outages. Unit looked great right out of the box. Quality components. Only problem is the bottle of "westinghouse" oil they send doesn't fill the sump all the way...only enough oil to get to the LOW mark.

I bought this and it was delivered fast without any issues with the packing and it was easy to setup and started on first try Could not be happier with this purchase

The model we bought which is the Wgen9500DF, is full of features! It has plenty of power to keep us going in an outage. Everything about the unit is quality made.

Great machine, solid build, started promptly, strong frame and good mobility, bought for emergency back up so have yet to put in use but feel confident it will do the trick

I was hoping to get a generator that would do most of my house including my central AC. This is perfect cause it will do almost whole house with ac included just don’t use washer and dryer unless I unplug the ac. Great generator!

We purchased this generator for use during power outages during hurricanes and other surprise outages. (Such as the February freeze!) We are very pleased with the power that this generator has and I especially like the remote start feature!
