While we have yet had the need to use this generator we are very pleased with the size and movability of the unit. We easily set up through our electric box.

Just got it. Directions were easy to follow and it started and ran on the first try. I have not lost power since I got it. Is a good felling to have it as a back up for the next time we loose power.

The generator was easy to setup. The automatic start was super convenient. Would be really nice if they made a larger auto transfer switch (SmartStart) to go with this size generator.

I just received my generator yesterday and hooked it up this morning. The setup was very easy and the machine started up without any issues. Although this is for emergency power only I look forward to using it.

Haven’t had to use it yet which is a good thing but we have started it - takes a bit to use the push button or remote - think we just need to figure out the trick! But so far so good!

Arrived on time , started first try with remote start w/propane .Just checking for start and power production. Everything seems to work great !Haven’t had to use yet .Quick and easy to install wheel kit !

I just recently received my generator and so far it's been running perfect. It's not overly loud and can run the entire house with issue. Strongly encourage this generator for house back up use.

Purchased 30 days ago. Product and packaging arrived in wonderful condition, unlike another brand which I returned. WGEN9500 started easily with electric start with gasoline and propane.

I bought this a month ago and am so happy it runs my whole house with exceptions of course but I am pleased for the price and the key start was awesome for my wife so she didn't have to get out into the cold to start it

Quality! Quality! Quality! I unboxed followed instructions and was generating power in about 30 minuets! Couldn't be happier. NOW to install the MTS and breaker.
