Very happy with my purchase. After the derecho that hit my state, I knew I would need something reliable to ensure our fridge/freezer items wouldn't spoil since we have two young kids.

Bought this a month ago in preparation for the next ice storm and multiday power outages. Had everything required to run it out of the box and ran on first start on both fuels. Even when remotely started and stopped.

I bought this portable generator in hopes I would never have to use it. This unit is a monster. I just want to set it up & forget about it. It's my insurance policy.

I bought this generator on September 4 it was delivered today on September 20. Right out of the box I was happy, follow the manufacturers instructions and it started like a dream.

This generator is a powerhouse...!! It was easy to start right out of the box. We will will be using this for years to come, with power outages in our area several times per year. I really like the quality and construction.

I bought it last June right before we had a hurricane. Ran great the whole time. When it started to warm up in the house was able to run the upstairs unit and it didn't bog down. will buy another one.

Removed it from the box, put in the oil, threw in some gas, connected the battery and hit the start button... it fired right up! Connected some lights and tools to check it out and it works like a dream.

I plan on using this to run my home in the event of a power outage. So far so good. I like the remote start feature with the remote. Easy to move around with the handle. Has a lot of power!

South Texas resident. Don't know what the next winter brings. Very glad we picked this generator up! Feel better now, and maybe my wife will go camping now that we can take power along!

I bought this product on 12/20 and got it in 2 days! Luckily I have not had to use it, but installed very easily. It comes with a funnel for the oil and the hose & hookup for a propane cylinder.
