Arrived 10 days before expected date. Wonderful with all these storms. Fired up on first attempt, once I turned the gas valve on. Haven’t had to use it yet, but we just recovered from a 6 day outage

This generator is of high build quality and is a great value. It exceeds my needs for running my three refrigerators and well pump and heating system.

Just received the generator and appears really well built. My last generator was 5000W so this one is quite a bit larger. I liked the electric start/FOB remote start features. Will be breaking it in later this week and trying both fuel sources

i LIVE IN A RURAL TOWN, WHERE THE LIGHTS GO OUT ALOT. SO I DEF NEED THIS. IT WAS EASY TO START. ADDED THE OIL AND THEN GAS. OF COURSE I READ THE MANUAL. BUT AS A SINGLE LADY I WAS ABLE TO DO IT SOLO. :)

Just bought and set up. Seems we'll made easy to finish assembly with clear instructions. Will test shortly, but have no doubts it will meet my needs.

I bought this about a week ago, after testing it is everything I wanted in a generator and more. Wheels and feet went on easy, after skimming the instructions I was ready to use it. Very simple to use and to switch between fuels is super easy.

Easy assembly. Everything provided. Easy start. This will be a great additional level of security for a power outage or working remotely. I see why it has great reviews and a solid reputation.

Just unboxed, very easy to install wheels and feet. Added oil, plugged in battery, connected lp gas. Turned on choke, it fired right up. I am pleased with it so far. A great generator with hurricane season fast approaching.

I just received my new w gen 9500 d f I am hoping I won’t have to use it but due to the ease of use the dual fuel and the power available I am confident of being comfortable should we have a power outage

Bought in preparation of "Snowpocalypse 2022". Glad I did. It ran basically the whole house. The dual fuel was great, I could run and get fuel and just switch sources.
