I got my generator 2 days ago. Unfortunately it came in damaged condition, a frame bolt broken. Hopefully I will get support from customer service.. I will update this review once I have my electrical installation ready and try the generator

I purchased this product a couple of weeks ago. It was an was an easy assemble and started right on first crank. This product has met my expectations so far and I highly recommend it as it has worked well for me.

Now I am prepared. Unit arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. Haven't run it yet. Currently having an issue with it not running on gas, only propane. Looks like I'll be finding out how their customer service is.

Took 10 minutes to put the feet and wheels on and add the oil, charged the battery for 30 minutes. Was up and running in 45 minutes after getting it out of the box. Enough power to run most everything in my house.

I was impressed with the robust construction and the features Westinghouse has engineered into this unit. I followed the first time instructions for start up which resulted in the unit firing up the very first time!

I just received my new Westinghouse generator. The quality and workmanship is unbelievable. I have not fired it up yet, but I am confident it will function great.

We are all set for the winter storms knowing when the power goes out, we'll be just fine. I can even start the generator with my remote from outside the kitchen window!
