I just bought this and have only done the break in for five hours. I would have given it 5 stars but the frequency is a little out of spec and I will have to try to make an adjustment. Overall so far it seems to be solid!

I just purchased this product. The reason that I chose the Westinghouse WGen9500DF was the past reviews and the price, in comparison to others in the same caregory.

Had hidden damage noted on delivery receipt but driver left no copy and can't get one sent after 2 tries.1 loose wire on switch, booger to hook up. Works fine now. Also no action on damage from company after notifying.

This beats all the Honda Suitcase generators hands down, more wattage,remote battery start, etc. Luckily, I haven't needed it since I bought it, but I'm prepared for when I do!

Great portable and storable generator. The folding handle makes it easy to move around. Assembly is very easy. The generator has a great layout and it comes with a good owners manual.

After using a smaller generator and realizing the need for more option as as well as power, I began to research and this came up as a great option. After receiving it, the Generator was everything it claimed to be. I am very happy with this one

Great generator. We had an electrician wire it in to run our house in the event of a power outage. Even though it is not an inverter, we have not had any problems with our electronics as of yet.

like the remote start, ease of switching between bonded neutral and floating neutral. Directions easy to understand. While it's heavy @ 220 lbs, once the wheels are installed it doesn't take a lot of effort to move.

We lost power in the middle of winter last year in Wisconsin. I want to be ready should it happen again. I like the fact that it works with a transfer switch.

The generator is beautifully built. It is well engineered and simple to use. Conversion between different fuels is seamless. This replaces a gas only model and I have no regrets.
