Documentation is very good. Unit came out of the box in great shape. Comes with everything you need to hook up a propane tank with the exception of a 3/4"/19mm wrench. Easy to start.

The generator worked fine until it would barely turn over. I charged the battery and still wouldn’t start. Then smoke came out of what I think is the ignition.

My wife bought this for Christmas for me and it is the best gift ever. I love the electric start and dual fuel option. I can also power the whole house in times of outages.

Outstanding value, wonderful machine. the delivery crew was solid gold! I was worried about getting one that was damaged in transit, all fears were unfounded.

Generator is beautifully designed. All of the stickers were very helpful. Battery tender is great. Can't wait for a power outage to use this unit. Steel frame is well built and protects the entire machine.

Worst part of this transaction was the product registration wouldn't accept my product review url for the "free" cover...figures. Best part was product works as advertised.

Very happy with the purchase of my WGen9500DF generator. Starts right up. Easy to switch from gasoline to propane. Intuitive layout on the front panel.

Although there was oil in the package that leaked on the box. This was a small concern for taking it home. However, once I added oil and did a test run it was just fine.

I don't want to have to use it in another Hurricane (just went through Ian) but if I do we will have hot water and A/C which we did not have this time.

Removed from box,added oil,hooked up a 20# propane tank and waaalaaa. Fired right up and ran like a champ. Powered up my entire home including AC and well pump. Saved my butt when I lost power during Ian. Great Generator.
