Everything I expected and more. Great packaging. Manual directions were easy to follow. Came with everything, oil, funnel, wrenches, etc! Started first time. Runs smooth. Key fob is nice extra. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Electric start is great don't even have to go out in the cold to start. Fairly quiet for as big as it is and running on propane makes fueling a breeze.

After filling it with oil and fuel it fired right up. I hdad my power tools batteries charging and running some wired power tools at the same time and it handled it well.

I bought this generator about 3 weeks ago to have an additional generator for hurricane season. I should have bought sooner. This is a great generator and the ability for dual fuel is awesome.

Just purchased this generator for a home backup. Have only ran it for 7 hrs with no issues. It powers my 3 1/2 ton home ac and 4 120v circuits with power to spare.

The set up for this product was very easy and it is very easy to start. We have not yet lost power since our purchase so we haven't had a chance to really put it to use.

This thing is a BEAST. Powers up my 3,800 home. Feels like I still have power. Nice that it runs on propane and gasoline. And you can switch midway as well

Took me about an hour to put this together and have up and running. The assembly and operation instruction were actually good??? How often does that happen? Anyway, this was a pleasant suprise.

Bought this back in October. First one came damaged. Was shipped a replacement without any hassle. Just patience. December back in business with a beautiful machine.
