I purchased this machine in November and have been very happy with the ease of operation and power it has! It is an excellent value and I love the remote!! I highly recommend it!

I preformed the breakin using both fuels with no problems. My remote came in dead. I created a ticket several weeks ago but have not got a response to the initial ticket or the follow up status checks.

This generator arrived on schedule, was in perfect condition, took little effort to prepare for use, and started with no problem. I am using it as a house power backup and run it on LP gas.

Brand new and I had to work on it and trying to call didn’t work. Finally chatted with some one and got pointed in the right direction. The fuel solenoid was apparently stuck. They probably should put that in the trouble shooting.

Just bought this after a recent snow storm we had which caused the power to go out. This thing is great! Provides us comfort knowing we have something we can rely on to keep the family warm.

Delivered on time, got a call from the company the day before. Very easy to assemble (just attach wheels). Time will tell how well it performs, but I suspect with proper maintenance, it should last a long time.

Bought 2 months ago and just recently had power outage lasting 5 days!! Did not have to run extension cords for the first time as it was wired to box to power whole house. It ran CONTINOUSLY for 5 days, never shutting off.

Dual Fuel, remote start, push start, oh crap I didn’t charge the battery pull start. Battery already installed, comes with the exact amount of oil. Starts right up!!!! Perfect for 50amp RV, and home back up!!!

I bought this last summer and just set it up last week during the cold front that came through. It ran without issues and easy to use. Very happy with my purchase.

Got this just in time to protect us during another week long power outage. So happy with the features, size, ease of use. Easy delivery and set up. Our neighbors are jealous!
