Easy assembly. Great directions. Straight out of box hooked up propane and started with a single push of the push to start. Pairing of remote was seamless.

Very happy with the purchase so far. Still in break in period so no heavy loads yet. Worked perfectly for our first power outage when plugged in to my manual transfer switch.

Works great right out of the box. Added the oil and gas -- then one push of the start button and away we go! I haven't hooked up the propane yet, but will soon and I expect no problems. Very satisfiedHappyH.

We needed to establish an effective means of providing power when the power goes out -- which it does a lot. The 9500DF combined with a good transfer box provides a seamless powered experience for the entire house.

I am very happy with the generator. The dual fuel capability is a very strong feature as is the remote start. The generator is also quieter than others in the power range.

Arrived in perfect condition and was easy to set up. Appears to be well made and designed. Started up on the first try and runs smooth. Very quiet for that size generator. We'll be ready now for the next power outage...
