Easy to assemble and first startup. Unit was packaged well and came with clear instructions. Started on first try and runs as expected. Don’t have much run time yet but so far all positive.

I bought this recently when my old generator was in disrepair. The new WGEN 9500DF westinghouse generator works very well. It runs all my appliances, furnace and water well pump. I wish I would have purchased one sooner

Had no issues. I added the wheels and feet under 20 minutes. I added oil an d gas unit stared on first crank.. The lay out of instrument cluster is great.

Day one out of the box unit has done everything it’s supposed to do, fired up first try, looks like it will be a awesome unit for home backup here in southwest Florida

Good size for my needs & dual fuel gives options since we have seen week long + power outages in our area. I might change rating to excellent, but not until it actually performs in an emergency.

The generator arrived earlier than expected put it together very easy hooked up to a propane one push started right up very happy with the product bought so would run my whole house for hurricane season.

Haven't used it yet, but bought to use with my Generlink device. Highly recommended model from electric co-op engineer as he has this model. Will update once I get to use it.

Just got to put it into service with a power outage just recently. Dark everywhere else but my home. Kept the house warm and the beer cold. Thanks Westinghouse! Bravo!
