I have a problem as the unit isn’t functioning properly. Not producing any electricity Called support and waiting for a call back. This could take up to 3 days

I bought this as a home backup generator, ran little stuff around house and doesn’t budge, will run home AC when get transfer switch wired. Not as loud as I thought. Would say it’s quieter than a push mower

Just bought - easy to assemble, easy to operate and lots of features. Troubleshooting guide could be better. The one minor issue I had was not in the manual. Add gasoline to spark plug cylinder for the initial startup.

Bought this 9500 Gen for emergency backup. Started the unit the day it was installed. Put the unit into storage. I just replaced to battery as the original went dead. I still have no juice, The machine seems to have died.

This generator has all the power in need for house or Rv. So far it has done everything I have ask it to do. I am taking it on a trip in a few months camping should supply enough power for my Rv. I like the dual fuel.

Bought this unit in anticipation of hurricane season here in SW Florida. When the unit arrived I hooked it up to a propane fuel tank and it started immediately. I think its a great value with all the features it has.

We received this generator yesterday. It was well packaged. We quickly got the wheels on and have it ready to use when needed. We like the option of duel fuel and are happy to have it ready to go next time we have a power outage.
