The generator came with everything you need to get it ready. The instructions were easy to follow and it cracked up great. I tested the outlets for the correct voltage and everything was right. I haven’t needed to use it with a load yet.

This is our 3rd unit (for 3 different locations) and it just works! Really love the fact that it comes with it's own battery tender along with a remote control.

Easy and quick setup. Hooked up propane tank and the generator started immediately. It is a big generator but fairly easy to move around after wheels installed.

I bought it a month ago but I just now got it out the box and it seems to be excellent I have not operated it yet but it's got more features than what I expected!

Bought this item a week ago. Said it would take about 3 weeks to deliver, it showed up in my garage 4 days later, she is a beauty!! Very impressed!!

Nice remote start fob with push start. Bought this to replace same size generator but different brand which died after a few uses. So far so good, only time will tell.

We live on the coast where hurricanes are prevalent in late summer/early fall. We haven't had to use our new generator yet (thankfully) so I will report back once we've put our WGen9500DF to use.

Fue recibido muy rápido y en excelentes condiciones, cuando se probó el arranque fue inmediato, lo hicimos funcionar con propano y gasolina y trabajaron muy bien, estamos encantados con la adquisición.

So far this unit has been awesome. Performs as expected with quick start and consistent running. Has been retro fit with a natural gas conversion kit so it will now run off of gas, LP or natural gas.
