Just bought am very pleased so far so good. Very easy to follow and informative instructions. Love the dual fuel and remote start features. Can’t wait to get it running at full capacity.

Generator is simple and easy to use. Everything is laid out in the instructions and easy to follow when assembling. The only thing to check is to make sure you have enough oil. The oil provided was not enough to operate at safe levels.

Bought this one month ago as an emergency power source for my residence. Have not had to use it yet but it looks like it will do the job. Very well made and the dual fuel gives you options

I purchased this generator Wgen9500DF at the end of July but just did a test run today ahead of the approaching hurricane. So far everything’s fine but time will tell.

I have two HVAC geothermal units; one 3.5 tons and the other 3 tons. This generator powers the entire house plus both HVAC units simultaneously. Great Generator!

I ordered the generator, and it was delivered well before the date it said it was coming on. I did the break in period, then put it to the test. It ran all the feature in my house i wanted it to. Everything I would need during a power outage.

purchased to use on off grid cabin. remote electric start works perfectly from inside cabin. starts easily. hour meter is great to keep track of maintenance. has ample run time on gasoline. has plenty of power. noise is not too excessive.
