This product was well represented and performs as described, only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is in cold weather it will cycle 4-5 times or more before starting on propane.

The generator arrived on time and was very easy to put together. This is much needed living in Texas after the snow storms in 2021 with out power for a few days. Glad to have this winter.

Easy to set up and cranked right up on propane. I immidately tested the unit by putting 10 circuit load on it - works like a champ. Quieter than my Champion generator. Very happy with it so far.

Delivery was easy and the company placed it right in my garage. Instructions were simple and the generator fired right up. Hope the power never goes out, but if it does I am prepared.

I’ve had smaller generators and wanted something bigger plus the capability of using multiple fuels. It’s a plus that this generator came with a key fob for remote starting.

great unit powers everything you will need for a house if there is a power outage or natural disaster. transfer switch ready is a bonus. duel fuel great especially great when gas is in short supply.

Just started to do the break in procedure at 50% load so far so good. Noise is tolerable way better than my last generator. Would have been nice to have the exact amount of engine oil delivered with the generator.

I am very pleased with this generator as of today. I was amazed though how much metal was in the oil after the first hour of the break in process. Although no metal was found on the second oil change.

I just received my new generator, did the quick install and it fired right up. Next step is to connect it to the house and say goodbye to power outages!!!

I recently bought this generator and it's great. Minor assembly is very easy. The many extras on the unit are very nice. It's far superior to previous generators I've owned. I would recommend this unit to anyone lookng for a generator.
