Works great. Love the features. The keyfob and automatic choke are definitely a deciding factor for us. We appreciate the duel fuel and the amount of power it produces.

Sturdy Frame. Starts easily and runs smoothly. It has handled every load I have placed on it. It is easy to transport and relocate. Outlets are easy to access. Love the remote start feature.

I bought this Generator over a year ago and had used it twice in emergency situations. Worked flawlessly. Can definitely recommend the Westinghouse Model (WGen9500DF).

Very pleased with product, followed instructions and generator started right up. Ran it for 30 minutes, constant rpm, no wavers. Haven’t used it yet for power outage but I’m sure it will do it’s job.

Powerful machine, seems very well built and a good design with the frame and wheels. Easy electric start which is a back saver. Just what we were looking for to back up the house.

Found a broken part (24BYJ48 Stepper Motor in pieces) at bottom of shipping carton. Was it fixed and replaced broken piece left in carton? Haven’t started up generator yet; need this resolved.
