Great way to have long lasting power without storing large quantities of gasoline. Florida resident in all electric community feels totally ready for hurricane season. with all this power, I can even enjoy some air conditioning.

Took out of the box, put on wheel kit started right up. I can’t wait for the next power outage to try it out. I love the dual fuel option, after Superstorm Sandy the power was out for a week and gas was hard to get.

I purchased the WGen9500DF to prepare for hurricane season, I was worried it wouldn't be up for the task, but surprisingly after hurricane Beryl, it powered everything but the AC unit. I will be purchasing a window unit since it could handle it.

I bought this due to TX's inability to supply power to our state. It arrive quickly and was easy to assemble. I haven't used yet but now feel prepared to power my own house

The shipping box was torn a bit, however the generator was just fine. The only minor damage was that the oil bottle cap was cracked, though no oil had leaked. Instructions are well written.

Bought this during the ice storm in northern Michigan, 100k people without power, it's been amazing and I am an idiot when it comes to electronics and I was able to use it with ease!

I bought this as a whole home backup generator for the occasional power loss we experienced. The machine is a great value for the money and should provide plenty of power when needed.

i LIVE IN A RURAL TOWN, WHERE THE LIGHTS GO OUT ALOT. SO I DEF NEED THIS. IT WAS EASY TO START. ADDED THE OIL AND THEN GAS. OF COURSE I READ THE MANUAL. BUT AS A SINGLE LADY I WAS ABLE TO DO IT SOLO. :)

I ordered this online and extremely pleased with it when it was delivered. Much better than I had expected. Tools, propane hook up, battery charger, etc…all included. A really, really good value for the money.
