Brand new and I had to work on it and trying to call didn’t work. Finally chatted with some one and got pointed in the right direction. The fuel solenoid was apparently stuck. They probably should put that in the trouble shooting.

So far so good. Haven't had to use it yet (fingers crossed..) but at least I'm prepared! Did a lot of research before I purchased, and glad I got this one, for sure!

I purchased this generator after doing extensive comparisons and reading many reviews. I can honestly say this generator is an excellent piece of equipment for the money and will probably provide the many years of service I expect.

Other than going back and forth with customer service trying to find a reason that this generator won’t run on gas….for the past 8 months….everything is going well.

I bought this did the minor assembly added oil and gas it fired right up. I tested it it worked great now I should have energy independence if the power goes out. I love all the connections and ease of use

I received this WGEN9500DF generator promptly and well package. It seems user friendly to operate and provide my home electrical needs during adverse/unforeseen power outage.

So happy to have the peace of mind, this generator affords me. The duel fuel is a fantastic option to have! Remote start is another fantastic feature to have.

easy of working on. everything was as should be, added oil and gas and it started the first time. have more break in to do. great generator. the bonus cover will be nice

Purchased this for emergency use primarily, but it be making some hunting trips also. Easy to start, runs quieter than I expected. Can carry on a normal conversation with it running. So glad I did my research

Bought this a year and a half ago and haven't needed it until now. Will update my review after using it for awhile. So far love the unit and features.
