I haven't used my generator yet but so far I am happy with the packaging it arrived in and the product engineering. The setup instructions were pretty easy to follow. Nice looking unit also.

I like the Dual Fuel option and prefer to use propane to eliminate the damage caused by the ethanol in gasoline. Less maintenance! Also appreciate the electric start and the remote start feature with the fob.

I bought this because of the great power you can get by running it off of propane and also having the remote start and stop. Very nice looking generator

Just received my 9500DF. Had it up a running in 20 minutes. Yes, I went through the user manual. Very nice features. Break it in and change your oil. Time will tell the rest.

Bought this generator a couple weeks ago and so far impressed with the performance . Deliver was also prompt with no issues . Seems to be a good buy so far !

The fact that I can run this generator using my 500 Gallon tank is fantastic. No more storing gas! The remote start feature was great as well. Started right up out of the box no problem. Time will tell if she lasts though

Works like a champ, no issues . Never owned a Generator , always had to borrow one. this one had great reviews so I gave it a chance, good choice on my part!

Bought this before the storm hit and sure enough power was lost and this easily started and ran perfectly threw out the storm!! Would highly recommend!!

Although I haven’t fun it through a hurricane yet, I have started it and tested it with loads and switched fuel while running, etc. Everything works just like the book said and the condition at delivery was perfect.
