I bought this a month ago and have run it 3 times - once right out of the box (easiest unboxing of my life!) and twice because we needed it! Thrilled with the purchase already, customer support has been reliable too.

So happy to have this duel fuel model. Have always wanted one that could also use propane. The features of this is well planned out by designers. This and my solar arrays will be a game changer.

Great generator! I really like that it has the 50 and 30 amp outlets. These will come in hand when the power goes out at my house or to run big tools.

I purchased the WGen 9500 TFc in May of 2025. It looks great and has superb features that are exactly what I was looking for. TriFuel is very important for me.

My wife bought this for Christmas for me and it is the best gift ever. I love the electric start and dual fuel option. I can also power the whole house in times of outages.

Excellent product with super feature set for price. Setup documentation is well done. Nice to include wrench, oil and funnel with long, angled spout to make adding oil easy.

After hooking up the LP gas, pouring in oil, checking the switches, giving it a little choke, and then pulling the handle --- it started right up. And powered up a circuit right away for me. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

I bought this in January and have yet to use it. I cranked it up and let it run since I needed the break in period. I t cranked right up with no issues.

This was easy too hook up to our breaker panel and it fired right up. I thought it would be louder than sit was but pretty quite considering. it was an easy set up and excited to use this in the next 10 years.

Generator was easy to setup and easy to get started. Easy to switch between gasoline and propane gas. Noise level was not too loud, better than I expected!
