I bought this generator a few weeks ago and am so glad I did. I am on a well and when the power goes out this is perfect to keep the water and refrigerator up and running

Purchased this to prep my home for any unforeseen power outage emergencies. Adequate power to run the essential items in my home and dual fuel give us better functionality.

We live in a remote area and power can be an issue sometimes. I work remote so when the power is out I am shut down. We also don't have power at our outbuildings, it is great to have the portable power anywhere on the property.

Excellent generator and exceptionally well made. Generator started as soon as I kicked it on. A little louder on the spectrum but made a DIY generator shed to enclose the unit in. Definitely would recommend buying one.

Bought this to power my entire home during power outage. The noise level is NOT high. Sturdy built, easy to assemble, hook up and operate. I am glad that I chose to buy this.

I liked the overall features. Two issues: first, the delivery team damaged my home during delivery and it is difficult to contact the right team at Pilot to resolve this. Second, I had to have the item replaced

Just revived and unboxed. Very well packaged. Came with a nice tool kit and bag for spark plug removal. Plus new oil! Exceptionally solid and well built frame.

This unit is full of features including the option to run on gas or propane. Easy to move around with solid handle and wheels. Will not have to worry in a power outage as this unit will run anything in my home. Great price for peace of mind!
