I purchaseed the generator a few weeks before a major Hurricane and it worked seamlessly for my family. Love the product. Trying to buy one for my Mom's house now.

Just Arrived, Easy Assembly \. Started right up on Propane and sounds great! Cant wait to try it. But electrician is coming next week to install transfer switch.

Amazing well thought out generator. Has all the bells and whistles to get you through those power outages. Don’t hesitate. You will be glad you have Westinghouse on your side. Was actually a life saver during Hurricane Helene.

Haven't put it to extended use yet, but I have ran my whole house (including AC and electric water heater) for a solid 30 minute test. Dual fuel will is a great feature.

I just received my WGen9500DF today. Set up was easy and it runs great. I plugged our 50 amp rv into the generator and turned on both AC units and it made no impact on the generator. Can't wait to hit the road with it.

I just purchased this dual fuel generator and it has already proven it self. Power went out for a couple of hours. This generator started right up and powered most of my house. Would highly recommend this generator.

I received the first one and it was damaged. Notified W/H and they sent me a replacement. I returned the original one and it was less than a week, I received the replacement. Super customer service, thank you for the great service.

My wife and I were very happy with the product and what it was capable to do. The deleivery guys had no problem getting to the back shed. Over all very happy witht e whole perchase.

I bought this last month since I worried about power outages during the intense heat of Texas summers. We haven’t had to use it yet, thankfully, but have it set up to power kitchen appliances as well as a portable ac unit. We’re ready!

I bought this a week ago and set up was easy. So far the test run was great. I test the out put and every plug worked as expected. Only suggestion is better instructions on how to drain the gas when storing.
