Generator was easy to assemble and instruction was clear. Started up right away with and without remote. After connecting the generator I was able to run my entire home.

Generator was as described plus features not expected, such as battery charger, oil funnel,and engine oil were all included. Start up instructions were complete and easy to follow and unit started first time.

Ran good for the breakin with no load. Took it camping and ran for a day on and after the first tank of fuel dead in the water. Hopefully westing house fixes it.

Worked fine when it was first installed, tried to run it for the season (didnt lose power fortunately so didnt have to use it) and it won't start either via battery starter or manual start. In the midst of a service call currently.

Easy to operate, I like the electric start, and relatively quiet for a generator that puts out 9500 watts. Only negatives: Fuel not easy to drain from main tank for storage. Breaker trips at around 9500 watts.

Took a month to get here. Easy assembly of wheels and front feet. Came with the battery , oil and a funnel. Hooked it to a propane tank fired right up, i ran a skill saw on it for a quick minute and that is all i have used it for now
