Bought this item a month ago and have used it already. Started up no problem and I love the wheels for transporting when needed. The dual option of gas or propane makes it a plus. Remote control start is very nice too.

I bought this as an upgrade from my old generator. It was very easy to unbox and setup the generator. The push to start worked great and it's easy to understand how much power is being consumed during usage.

I purchased this as an additional Generator given it is a Dual Fuel Model. I am impressed with the quality of this Product. I recommend this model for an additional piece of security in the event of a blackout.

My new WGen9500DFc started on first crank and ran a portable heater just as I had hoped. Used gasoline for now, but, will also use propane as needed in colder weather.

Assembly was straightforward. No issues putting it together. Seems like there was just enough oil to cover the low end of dip stick. Will purchase additional oil before starting it for the first time.

This is a really great running generator, it started right up from the start and I would definitely recommend it to anyone especially for a home backup generator.

I bought this to provide emergency power to our home after living through a week with no power. Fired up the first push start on propane. Seems solid and had all the features I wanted. Looking forward to some piece of mind!
