Bought a house with a well and propane, and looked for a while for a dual fuel one we could get that wasn't backordered. Works great and is exactly what we needed!

Bought this duel powered generator to have just in case. Packaged well with everything you need, minus the power cord. Instructions are very clear and it starts up with no problem.

Just received it today. Putting it together took less than 20 mins. Looks to be a very solid built generator. My wife will like the long run time and remote start. Checked all my boxes when looking for a new generator.

Used on gas started right up with first try. Will power my 2 refrigerators, upright freezer, portable AC unit, internet, TV, and lamps. Excellent value to meet my requirements if electricity goes out.

Very powerful generator. Worked great with propane tank and the entire house got power, except the AC. However, the shipping damaged the plastic part. So, is the 4 star.

Purchased dual fuel 9500, works very good, however I didn’t receive my remote. I will be using the warranty for this issue. I hope they take care of this matter, I have read other reviews and they seem to take care of it in a timely fashion.

Great generator, looking forward to not having to use, but if so, will be prepared for loss of electric Much stronger than my old one, will run many things at on time.
