Was super impressed with the way it was packaged for shipping. When it arrived it didn't have one scratch or ding on it. Everything that is needed for set up came with it.

I just got this to add to my motor home. It is powerful and runs great. I wish it was a little quieter. I will try to update on the install into the motor couch later.

though we haven't actually had to use it, assembly was easy with great instructions. living now full time in Florida with 3 spoiled fur babies, it was a must if we lost power in our summer months.

I purchased this product to be prepared for hurricane season. Very pleased with the setup and the ease of installation. Had to hire an electrician but happy to find out he has the same unit and is very pleased also.

I am disabled and having a remote start generator is a great convivence for me. It starts up immediately and powers up my entire house. The unit runs quietly and I can use either gasoline or propane.

A brand new generator that only took 2 strap pulls to start is fabulous!! Usually, it takes multiple pulls implying it’s defective. All the connections work!! Options on starting are great & it looks good!!
