I bought this one at a great price, powerful enough to run most of my house including a 2.5 ton central heat pump, easy to operate with electric start, remote control and pull start, quieter than other brand, Overall a great buy, love it!

I purchased this item about a month ago and I’m quite pleased so far. Easy push button start, remote control, or pull cord. Lots of power for a portable generator and not nearly as loud as I thought it would be.

We just received our generator and have not tried it yet. We had several contractors tell us this is the best portable generator hands down. We are excited to have this generator as back up!

Bought this a month ago in preparation for the next ice storm and multiday power outages. Had everything required to run it out of the box and ran on first start on both fuels. Even when remotely started and stopped.

I just recently bought this generator due to the threat of more power outages due to PG&E's PSP. It will literally run 10 circuits when hooked up to your main with a transfer switch, Dual fuel allows for great flexibility

Worked with tech support and received a part. Unable to resolve issues with no voltage at reciprocals. Returned to Sams with no issues. I've ordered another one hope it works!
